Client Partnership Committee

Who We Are

The Client Partnership Committee (CPC) is a joint effort between the Shared Services Center (SSC) and its clients to work together on continued process improvement. The group consists of representatives from each of the divisions we service as well as key members of the SSC Management staff. The goal is to discuss ways to streamline processes and to improve the overall experience of clients working with the SSC. We believe in giving voice to our clients and as a result empowering clients to work with the SSC to better meet their needs.

When Do We Meet

The CPC meets on average once per month. Dates are subject to change, but the dates for the general meetings are as follows:
