AggieService Update

Dear Colleagues,

We wanted to update you on the AggieService case management system and explain that we will be adjusting the schedule to accommodate feedback from the user acceptance testing.

During testing, we identified several key issues that need to be addressed before we go live with the system. This is not uncommon with technology implementations – especially ones being designed to integrate with existing complex and old systems.

Given the important feedback we received from user testing, we are slowing down the launch schedule in order to make adjustments that will deliver a better final product.

As soon as we have an updated training and onboarding schedule, we will send a new update. For more information about the project, please visit the webpage.
