Workforce Administration

The Shared Services Center Human Resources Unit provides our clients with assistance in the following:

  • Benefits Eligibility Inquiries
  • Employment Status Inquiries
  • Employment Documentation (ex: Employee Development Plan)
  • Service Credit
  • Leave Accrual Change/Inquiries
To submit a request for processing:

From the AggieService Community Portal, please select either Ask a Question to submit your inquiries, or Submit a Case and complete the Personnel File Management Request. Attach any additional information/documents to the request/inquiry.

Workforce Administration Reports

The SSC HR Unit provides monthly Workforce Administration Reports to all client departments.  The reports are sent to the contacts that have been designated by the client departments.
