The Shared Services Center is led by a diverse management team with a broad base of business experience. Led by Interim Executive Director Megan Villasenor, the management team provides strategic and operational direction to the SSC. They also promote a culture where excellent service and client satisfaction are top priorities.

Megan Glide Villasenor Interim Executive Director

Megan comes to the SSC with almost 9 years of University of California experience. She was an inaugural member of the SSC, helping to implement and lead the Service Desk. Most recently she worked managing the budget for Central Human Resources at UC Berkeley. She has a Master of Science in Business Administration and is committed to helping us improve our business operations and client interactions.

Teri Sugai People Services Manager

Teri joined the Shared Services Center in October 2011 with 21 years of payroll/personnel experience in both private and public sector. She is in her 16th year with UC Davis. Before joining the SSC, she served as the Payroll Manager for the ARM HR/Payroll SSC worked in Central Payroll, Graduate Studies and Facilities Management. Teri is active on campus, currently serving as the Secretary/Recorder for the ADMAN executive committee.
